The Advancing Health Equity Symposium provides educational and engagement opportunities for Community Health Workers, Social Workers, and other Paraprofessionals to gain information, skills, tools, and resources, to advance health equity in their day-to-day work.
This year's event will feature an Anti-Oppression Training as our pre-Symposium session on Wednesday, June 12.
On Thursday, June 13, the 2024 Advancing Health Equity Symposium will feature track sessions in: Nicotine and Public Policy presented by the NMDOH/Nicotine Use Prevention & Control Program; Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention, presented by the Population Health Learning Collaborative; and Maternal & Infant Health presented by Constellation Consulting.
